Your privacy is important to Crystal Market Research, so we want to explain why we collect and how we use, disclose and store your personal information. First of all we want to make clear that we always ask people for their informed consent before taking part in any of our research projects. Informed consent is the lawful basis for all our research. As part of the research process we may collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and other personal details. We will collect just enough personal information for the purpose of the survey and no more. This information is used to ensure that our survey sample is representative and that our survey findings are valid. All personal information is stored securely and is only accessible to CMR staff and close associates that need access. It will only be disclosed if you have given your express permission or we have a legal obligation to do so. We won’t share your personal information with any other organisations for marketing or commercial purposes. Your personal information will be kept only for the duration of the survey; it will be deleted or made anonymous as soon as it is no longer required. The exception to this is if you consent to become part of our market research database. Please rest assured that, when research findings are reported to clients, participants’ answers are collated and individual responses are never identified.
